1. About these terms

Interior Portfolio (“the Service”, “we”, “us”) is operated by Fucharmonk, based in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) form a binding agreement between you (“you”, “the user”) and Fucharmonk. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Service.

2. The service

Interior Portfolio is a software tool that lets interior designers, architects and design studios create portfolios and export them as print-ready PDFs and shareable pages. We may add, change or remove features over time to improve the Service.

3. Accounts

• You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide when registering.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.
• You must notify us promptly of any unauthorised use of your account.
• You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use the Service.

4. Your content

You retain all ownership of the text, images, project details and other materials you add to your portfolio (“Your Content”). By using the Service, you grant us a limited licence to store, process and display Your Content solely for the purpose of operating and providing the Service to you.

You are solely responsible for Your Content and confirm that you have the rights to use it, including any photographs, client names, logos or third-party materials. You must not upload content that is unlawful, infringing, defamatory or that violates the rights of others.

5. Acceptable use

• Do not use the Service for any unlawful, fraudulent or misleading purpose.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorised access to the Service or its systems.
• Do not resell, sublicense or misrepresent the Service as your own.
• Do not upload malware, or content that infringes intellectual property or privacy rights.

6. Plans and payments

The Service offers free and paid plans. Paid plan features, pricing and billing cycles are described at the point of purchase. Fees are payable in advance and, except where required by law, are non-refundable. We may change pricing with reasonable notice; changes will not affect the plan you have already paid for during its current billing period.

7. Intellectual property

The Service itself — including its software, design, templates, branding and layouts — is owned by Fucharmonk and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms do not transfer any ownership of the Service to you.

8. Availability and disclaimer

We work to keep the Service available and reliable, but it is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. You are responsible for keeping your own backups of important content.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fucharmonk will not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, revenue or business, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us for the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or use the Service in a way that could harm us or other users.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Noida, Uttar Pradesh will have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes, subject to applicable law.
